Each of Los Almendros de Ocotal’s housing units is privately owned. We have 2 studios, 23 two bedroom condos, 19 three bedroom condos and 1 five bedroom villa.  The 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums have 2 bathrooms. Our five bedroom villa has 3 bathrooms.

No two rental properties are the same.  Each unit is uniquely decorated based on the owner’s tastes and preferences. Our 2, 3 and 5 bedroom vacation rentals offer the following amenities:

Los Almendros rents “Standard” and “Superior” condominiums.  The Superior condos rent for a 10% premium.  Superior units offer:

  • Private Wi-Fi
  • Flat screen TV
  • A/C units in living room and bedrooms
  • Security safe
  • Dead bolt locks on all exterior doors

All Los Almendros de Ocotal villas and condominiums are tastefully decorated and have comfortable furniture. Los Almendros employs a full time maintenance man who gives top priority to any problem reported by guests.
