Taxes & Currency: Quoted rental rates in US dollars. Rates include Costa Rica taxes of 13.0%

“Superior” units rent for a 10% premium.   “Superior” units offer:  Premium furnishings and wall decorations, private Wi-Fi,   flat screen television,   A/C unit in bedrooms and living room,   security lock box  and  dead bolt locks on exterior doors.

* Studios:  Los Almendros has two studios.   The studios are on the ground floor.  They do not have a patio with ocean view.  Our studios are much smaller than our 2BR condos (200 sq, feet vs. 900 sq. feet). Each studio has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.  Studio units are ideal for cost conscious singles and couples seeking budget accomodations at an upscale beachfront resort.

**   Minimum stay during Easter weeks is 5 nights.

*** Minimum stay during Christmas week is 7 nights

4 Bedroom Units:   Los Almendros has no four (4) bedroom condos.  We offer several options to groups requiring four (4) bedrooms.   Please contact office for details.

1 Bedroom: 2 Adults
2 Bedrooms: 4 Adults
3 Bedrooms: 6 Adults
5 Bedrooms: 12 Adults

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations:      A 25% deposit of the full amount is required to make a reservation (MasterCard or Visa accepted).  A 50% deposit is required to reserve Christmas or Easter week.

Refund of Deposits:  Deposits are refundable, less a 10% administration fee, when written cancellations of reservations are sent to reservations@losalmendrosocotal.com with 60+ days prior to planned arrival date.  Deposits are not refunded when a reservation is canceled with less than 60 days notice.  “No Shows” will be charged the full amount of the rental deposit or payment.
